The Prospect Park apartment renovation focused on targeted upgrades to improve functionality while preserving the character of the residence. Homereup completed extensive kitchen and bathroom plumbing improvements, including new drain, vent, and water lines. Door openings were widened and reinforced with structural steel lintels, while a new kitchen pocket door and primary bedroom door improved circulation throughout the home. The project also included framing, electrical coordination, wall reconstruction, and finish repairs, resulting in a more functional and refined residence.
